You retain all rights to your data. Cerebren does not claim ownership of any data you upload or process through our platform. Your data will not be used to train public AI models.

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cerebren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
